About J Mo's
Since the mid-eighties I have been making a tomato and citrus based barbeque sauce. Over time the recipe has been evolving into what my family now calls "Southern Twang." For years I have had the dream of getting this sauce bottled. That dream is coming to fruition as I am excited to be working with a local NC co-packer to get "J Mo's Southern Twang" bottled. Our goal is for me to get the first run in my hands this summer. "Southern Twang" will not use high fructose corn syrup or preservatives and although it does contain Worcestershire sauce, I have chosen to use a version that is gluten free and vegetarian friendly.
